Sunday lunch at The Ritz was exceptional. First class service from charming staff, everything was perfect. The food was superb and in my opinion ranked alongside my favourite restaurant (The Waterside)

I had lobster cocktail and roast grouse and my wife has cheese souffle and beef wellington.I doubt whether any of it could have been bettered anywhere in the world.The staff were lovely and the food came quickly.this is certainly not a cheap option,but for the best,it is worth every penny.The ambience is that of a rather up market gentleman&#39;s club,so if you dont like the idea of that,this is not for you.For us,it was perfect.
